★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non conosco il negozio fisico, ma ho acquistato on-line e ho avuto il piacere di parlare personalmente con il titolare: al di là dei titoli in catalogo, tutti da etichette realmente "audiophile", il sig. Alfredo è una persona di gentilezza e disponibilità rare al giorno d'oggi, competente e pronto a risolvere qualunque problema, dimostrando di amare il suo lavoro e rispettare i suoi clienti come fossero suoi amici intimi.
I don't know the physical store, but I bought online and I had the pleasure of speaking personally with the owner: beyond the titles in the catalog, all from really "audiophile" labels, Mr. Alfredo is a person of rare kindness and availability nowadays, competent and ready to solve any problem, showing that he loves his job and respects his customers as if they were his close friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vinile in edizione limitata prenotato dopo aver chiamato al negozio, finalmente il vinile è arrivato (a detta del negoziante) ma purtroppo non mi è mai stato spedito, dopo 10 giorni dall’ordine ho richiesto la possibilità di annullarlo e la richiesta è stata accettata immediatamente.
Limited edition vinyl booked after calling the shop, finally the vinyl arrived (according to the shopkeeper) but unfortunately it was never sent to me, after 10 days from the order I requested the possibility to cancel it and the request was accepted immediately .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto diversi ordini online e mi è capitato anche di acquistare direttamente al Milano Hi Fidelity. Tutto è sempre stato perfetto e credo che per gli amanti dei prodotti audiophile questo sia uno dei migliori negozi in Italia.
Il proprietario, il Sig. Alfredo, è sempre disponibile ed è di una gentilezza e passione che oggi si faticano a trovare.
Purtroppo ho visto che ci sono delle recensioni negative, secondo me dovute ad un mercato sempre più difficile (soprattutto quello del vinile) e che fa ingiustamente ricadere le colpe su chi ha il contatto diretto con il cliente. Basti pensare ai ritardi nelle consegne e alle politiche discutibili di prezzo che le etichette hanno nei confronti dei rivenditori, cose contro le quali negozi come quello del Sig. Alfredo possono fare poco, se non poi doversi magari subire le lamentele dei clienti.
Se fosse possibile metterei anche una stella in più per supportare questa splendida realtà che sopravvive tra le grandi catene di distribuzione.
I made several orders online and I also happened to buy directly at Milano Hi Fidelity. Everything has always been perfect and I believe that for lovers of audiophile products this is one of the best shops in Italy.
The owner, Mr. Alfredo, is always available and has a kindness and passion that today are hard to find.
Unfortunately I have seen that there are negative reviews, in my opinion due to an increasingly difficult market (especially that of vinyl) and which unfairly makes the blame fall on those who have direct contact with the customer. Just think of the delays in deliveries and the questionable pricing policies that labels have towards retailers, things against which shops like Mr. Alfredo's can do little, except perhaps having to suffer the complaints of customers.
If it were possible, I would also add an extra star to support this splendid reality that survives among the large distribution chains.
