Costume arrivato ieri, da ordine on line. Ho acquistato il triangolo paillettes color ematite, veste bene e sembra di ottima fattura. Scrivendo su whatsapp le commesse ti consigliano taglia e misure, disponibili e cortesi.

E la 2 volta che acquisto costumi da voi mi sono trovata ultra bene nei tessuti nel modo in qui sapete intraprendere un contatto di vendita con cliente ....peccato che come valutazione ci sono 5 stelle ne meritate di +++++ cordiali saluti cristina fabi

I costumi sono veramente bellissimi, ne ho già acquistati 4 e quelli che mi piacciono di più sono i paillettes.?Devo però purtroppo fare un appunto che spero col tempo possa diventare una cosa fattibile… Ho il sotto di un costume che si è sciupato, non so come mai,ed ho richiesto se era possibile poter riacquistare solo la parte sotto visto che il sopra è perfetto,ma mi hanno detto che i costumi vengono venduti solamente completi… ecco, secondo me questo discorso è poco sensato o meglio lo si potrebbe fare su costumi che hanno solita tg sia sopra che sotto. Dal momento che sul sito si possono scegliere tg differenti tra sopra e sotto e visto che, come nel mio caso, ad ordine e pagamento effettuato mi fu detto che lo slip da me scelto era terminato ed ho dovuto prenderne uno del modello liscio mentre il sopra era arricciolato,non vedo perché non possono vendere anche pezzi separati. Siccome i prezzi dei costumi non sono proprio economici, doverlo ricomprare intero solo perché gli slip non sono più utilizzabili mi pare un po sconveniente…adesso mi ritrovo purtroppo senza poter utilizzare un costume che tra l altro era quello che adoravo di più…? meno male che ho gli altri 3? (sono ormai cliente affezionata) però vorrei che prendeste in considerazione questa soluzione.

The costume I bought here lasted not even a day after wearing it. I just wore it on the beach and it started showing the first signs of wear out. Using the clothespins after washing it ruined it even worse, making a hole on the rear part. The fabbric was that thin nylon many jacket are made of. In fact I have a jaket of that same material and it's still good after a year, no scratches no nothing. The costume definitely wasn't cheap and I thought about buying something so expensive in a shop so at least I wolud have had some advice from the lady's of the shop or some sort of warranty. As soon as I found the hole on the back I brought it back and explained the issue. The owner, a lady, rapidly told me that it was my fault, that I should have been more carefull, that one should see by himself that the fabbric is delicate (not even clothes spin resistant??). Then after dedicating me not more than 15 seconds she whent on serving other people as if nothing had happened. So what's the point of going to a phisical shop, paying more and if you got problem ask for help, if in the end you are told nothing can be done and left there on your own?? I had really an unpleasant experience here. Plus I was on holiday and this ruined the day. What is worst ,then I found the costume on internet for lot less, with customers reviews saing to pay attention about the little fabbric robustness. If I have to contribute with my money to the business of some locals I would rather go somewhere else. This is my experience. I hope that sharing it can help others.
