a	alessia pallotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi piace Calzedonia ma non ho mai visto delle scommesse così!non capisco in base a quali criteri vengano assunte!non sanno nulla di ciò ke vendono....scene pietose....la cliente che fa vedere le calze che vuole e loro in 2 che si guardano come se si parlasse d alieni....non conoscono neanke i modelli che vendono...e non una ma 2 commesse su 2 col negozio vuoto!????....ah ovviamente non avevano neanche un catalogo!punto vendita pietoso! I like Calzedonia but I've never seen bets like this! I don't understand by what criteria they are assumed! They know nothing about what they sell .... pitiful scenes .... the customer who shows the socks she wants and them in 2 who look at each other as if they were talking about aliens .... they don't even know the models they sell ... and not one but 2 out of 2 orders with the shop empty! ???? .... ah obviously they didn't even have a catalog! pitiful point of sale!

Appena entri chiedono "possiamo aiutarti?", rispondo "no grazie, sto dando un'occhiata!" e niente... Da quel momento in poi stanno piantonate di fianco a te, con le braccia conserte e ti fissano. Credo che sia una politica aziendale perché mi è capitato lo stesso trattamento in diversi negozi della catena. Lo trovo un comportamento inopportuno, che mette in imbarazzo il consumatore e spinge a non acquistare. Diverse volte sono entrata con l'idea di comprare qualcosa e sono uscita a mani vuote perché indispettita dalle commesse. Quando faccio shopping voglio rilassarmi non avere occhi da falco puntati addosso. I find the products sold beautiful and affordable but every time I ask myself what kind of training the orders receive. As soon as you enter they ask "can we help you?", I answer "no thanks, I'm taking a look!" and nothing ... From that moment on they are standing next to you, with their arms folded and staring at you. I believe it is a company policy because I have had the same treatment in different stores of the chain. I find it inappropriate behavior, which embarrasses the consumer and pushes them not to buy. Several times I went in with the idea of buying something and I left empty-handed because I was annoyed by the orders. When I go shopping I want to relax and not have hawkish eyes on me.

Ho comprato un bikini nel loro negozio a Riccione, rientrata a Milano mi accorgo di non avere più lo scontrino per fare un cambio. Chiamo e nel giro di mezza giornata ho ricevuto un messaggio con scontrino stampato!! Fatto reso a Milano senza alcun problema! Pensavo di non farcela e invece!! Grazie ancora per la disponibilità! Very helpful and kind orders! I bought a bikini in their shop in Riccione, back in Milan I realize that I no longer have a receipt to make a change. I call and within half a day I received a message with a printed receipt !! Made made in Milan without any problem! I thought I could not make it and instead !! Thanks again for your availability!
