M	Maddalena B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e il mio compagno abbiamo avuto problemi perché per motivi di salute seri (entrambi positivi al covid, sintomatici e in quarantena fiduciaria) siamo stati impossibilitati a partire! la compagnia aerea non ha dato nessun tipo di feedback, allora ci siamo affidati a SOSViaggiatori come ultima spiaggia, mai avremmo pensato che potessero compiere il miracolo di far valere i nostri diritti, facendoci ottenere il rimborso completo del viaggio! Ci tengo a sottolineare la cortesia e la pazienza degli operatori con cui siamo stati in contatto, davvero ci siamo sentiti coccolati e mai abbandonati! Grazie My partner and I had problems because for serious health reasons (both covid positive, symptomatic and in fiduciary quarantine) we were unable to leave! the airline did not give any kind of feedback, so we relied on SOSViaggiatori as a last resort, we never thought they could perform the miracle of asserting our rights, making us get a full refund of the trip! I would like to underline the courtesy and patience of the operators with whom we have been in contact, we really felt pampered and never abandoned! Thanks

Infatti sono stata rimborsata dell'importo di un biglietto aereo non utilizzato per cause di forza maggiore. They were very professional. I am very satisfied with the result achieved. In fact, I was reimbursed for the amount of an unused flight ticket due to force majeure.

F	Filippo Natoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costretto ad annullare il viaggio programmato causa positività covid, ho chiesto invano a Ryanair il rimborso dei biglietti aerei, per i quali non avevo stipulato alcuna assicurazione sanitaria. Il servizio clienti riferiva che nessun rimborso sarebbe stato dovuto nel caso di specie. Ho contattato l'associazione SOS Viaggiatori che ha subito preso in carico la pratica. Dopo un mesetto circa, con grande sorpresa, mi comunicavano che Ryanair aveva emesso un voucher pari all'importo totale dei voli annullati. Il tutto senza alcuna spesa nei confronti dell'associazione! Forced to cancel the planned trip due to covid positivity, I unsuccessfully asked Ryanair to reimburse the airline tickets, for which I had not taken out any health insurance. Customer service reported that no refunds would be due in the present case. I contacted the SOS Travelers association which immediately took charge of the procedure. After about a month, to their great surprise, they informed me that Ryanair had issued a voucher equal to the total amount of the canceled flights. All without any expense to the association!
