Non si rendono conto di ciò che chiedono e danno per scontato tutto.. ‘il cliente ha sempre ragione ‘ ma a volte occorre valutare sul serio ciò che gli si chiede . Il negoziante con me ,la mia famiglia e amici si è sempre dimostrato disponibile e corretto, nessuno è rimasto mai deluso ! Ottimo rapporto qualità del servizio e prezzi onesti. Sinceramente? Lo reputo uno dei migliori qui a Reggio Emilia e dintorni! LO CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE A TUTTI!
I don't really understand why people leave reviews for no good reason. They do not realize what they are asking for and take everything for granted .. 'the customer is always right' but sometimes it is necessary to seriously evaluate what is asked of them. The shopkeeper with me, my family and friends has always been helpful and correct, no one has ever been disappointed! Excellent quality of service and fair prices. Sincerely? I consider it one of the best here in Reggio Emilia and its surroundings! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un PC usato non potendo permettermi di acquistarlo nuovo gli avevo chiesto esplicitamente e precisamente che lo acquistavo per giocare ad un gioco specifico il tecnico è stato gentilissimo mi ha installato il gioco per farmi vedere che il pc fosse adeguato per poter giocare con questo gioco è io da persona poco pratica perché il pc era per mio figlio lo l asciato fare e ho constatato che il gioco di fatto era installato e ineffetti funzionava peccato però che le impostazioni per farlo funzionare una volta portato a casa devono essere messe tutte al minimo. Altrimenti si blocca il nostro simpatico negoziante continua a insistere che è un problema mio di linea a casa e che non è colpa del pc io so per certo che dopo svariate prove la linea è a posto risultato ho un pc che serve acome soprammobile e lui da persona seria come dice di essere non vuole risolvere il problema né ridandomi indietro i soldi visto che il problema c'è l ho dall inizio,ne cambiandomi il necessario per far sì che il pc funzioni correttamente quindi vi sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare o fare riparare il vostro pc da una persona che si comporta in questo modo perché poco seria e sopratutto poco professionale p. S il pc non me l ha regalato bensì usato l ho sempre pagato 500 euro girando per centri commerciali con quei soldi se ne comprano dei nuovi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io, invece, ho trovato molta PROFESSIONALITA', COMPETENZA, QUALITA' dei prodotti in vendita e SERIETA' dell'artigiano... mi sono fatto assemblare un personal computer gaming e prima di farlo assemblare avevo fatto diversi preventivi da altri venditori per poter risparmiare il più possibile... mi ha fatto un personal computer gaming che meglio non potevo chiedere ad un prezzo ECCEZIONALE, risparmiando molto a differenza degli altri. Anzi ho consigliato anche a dei miei amici di andarci e anche loro sono rimasti molto soddisfatti dei loro acquisti e riparazioni.
Mi sembra strana la recensione che ha pubblicato il signore Roberto Paoli, evidentemente il notebook era davvero da formattare in quanto a volte gli aggiornamenti di Windows 10 se non vanno a buon fine si blocca completamente il S.O. e si deve formattare ed installare tutto daccapo. Salvare i dati sensibili e portarli fuori dall' hhd, formattare, installare il s.o., driver del notebook x windows 10 64 bit, etc etc hanno un certo costo e poi l'artigiano da pure la garanzia di 3 mesi. Penso che il signore Roberto Paoli non conosca i costi o è abituato ad andare dai CINESI che con pochi spiccioli ti mettono tutto a posto (per modo di dire). Fare una pubblicità negativa quando non si conosce nè l'artigiano nè quello che avrebbe fatto al notebook è pubblicità scorretta ed ingannevole per altri che come me lo trovano UNA PERSONA SQUISITA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono presentato con il mio laptop di un anno circa lamentando il fatto che da qualche mese non riuscivo a fargli leggere le chiavette USB e in generale quasi tutte le unità esterne. Un problema di permessi di Windows 10 a cui non trovavo soluzione, pur avendo cercato in rete e chiesto a miei conoscenti. Dopo averlo guardato un minuto e aver notato un generale rallentamento del sistema, ha diagnosticato un aggiornamento di Windows non andato a buon fine, per cui la soluzione sarebbe stata la formattazione del PC e l'installazione di un antivirus al "modico" prezzo di 180 €.
Mi sono preso tempo per pensarci e trovare una soluzione più economica.
Dopo qualche mese di tentennamenti ho fatto la formattazione da solo poiché ho scoperto che c'é una procedura guidata e completamente automatica insita in Windows, che resetta il PC e reinstalla Windows da capo. Costo zero.
Poi ho scoperto che il problema della lettura delle unità esterne era effettivamente un'impostazione che dopo lunghe ricerche ho trovato e ho sistemato per sempre. La formattazione quindi non aveva risolto nulla. Costo zero.
Ora: chi aggiusta PC a mio avviso dovrebbe conoscere le impostazioni dei sistemi operativi e prima di sparare un preventivo dovrebbe per lo meno fare un'analisi approfondita. Poi approfittarsi delle persone poco pratiche é poco professionale.
Sicuramente non ci tornerò e non lo consiglierei a nessuno. Grazie al preventivo così spropositato mi sono dato da fare e ho imparato qualcosa di nuovo, l'avesse sparato più basso e onesto magari sarei stato suo cliente.

A Windows 10 permissions problem to which I could not find a solution, despite having searched the net and asked my acquaintances. After looking at it for a minute and noticing a general slowdown in the system, he diagnosed a failed Windows update, so the solution would have been to format the PC and install an antivirus at the "modest" price of 180 €.
I took time to think about it and find a cheaper solution.
After a few months of hesitation I did the formatting myself as I discovered that there is a wizard and fully automatic built into Windows, which resets the PC and reinstalls Windows from scratch. No cost.
Then I discovered that the external drive reading problem was actually a setting that after long research I found and fixed forever. Formatting therefore did not solve anything. No cost.
Now: in my opinion, those who fix PCs should know the settings of the operating systems and before shooting a quote should at least do a thorough analysis. Then taking advantage of impractical people is unprofessional.
I will definitely not go back and would not recommend it to anyone. Thanks to such a disproportionate budget I worked hard and learned something new, if he had shot him lower and honest, maybe I would have been his client.
For me it's bad.
