Dovevo mettere a posto la portiera dopo un sinistro, vado per far vedere la macchina e il proprietario mi ha liquidato dicendomi che non ci voleva niente. Io, conoscendo il danno, gli ho detto che la portiera faceva fatica a chiudersi e il finestrino non funzionava bene. Ma lui, senza nemmeno controllare, mi ha detto che non era vero. Una persona veramente scortese e arrogante. Lo sconsiglio vivamente. Experience to forget. I dealt with this body shop through my insurance. Proprietario anziano un po' sgarbato, mi ha comunicato il prezzo (nella norma, non basso) del lavoro senza avvisarmi che fosse senza Iva e quindi fattura. Alla mia richiesta della fattura mi è stato risposto che dovevo chiederla io prima (?), se la volevo pagavo di piu. Altrove non funziona così, anche qui a Reggio. Ovviamente non ha accettato il bancomat. Headlight cleaning job, well done. When I asked for the invoice I was told that I had to ask for it first (?), If I wanted it I would pay more. Elsewhere it doesn't work like that, even here in Reggio. Il mio compagno ha portato il suo furgone a far riparare una portiera e il relativo piantone dopo un incidente, ha pagato in anticipo, ma quando lo ha ritirato, aveva più danni di prima: una cerniera mancante, la mondanatura di protezione non sostituita, la verniciatura fatta da cani, lo specchietto elettrico senza spinotto attaccato e i più l'altro specchietto del passeggero danneggiato, senza contare che non gli hanno raddrizzato il bordo laterale del furgone. Ha riparato tutto da solo tranne la verniciatura... Tanta roba vero? E per fortuna sono amici amici.... Unfortunately I can not give 0 stars. Vado da lui gli faccio vedere il problema, un vetro che non si chiude. Non guarda nemmeno, chiama per ricambio motorino elettrico cristallo. Mi chiede 150 euro solo x il ricambio. Dico di no e comincia ad urlarmi addosso dandomi del pagliaccio. Torno a casa, spruzzo uno spray sbloccante sui tasti elettrici così, tanto per provare...e riprende a funzionare perfettamente. Costo: 20 centesimi... non commento, commentano i fatti. Evitate!!!!!!! I call him on the phone and after 10 seconds he slams the phone in my face ... F	Fabio Cilloni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salve a tutti....tengo a precisare che la nostra carrozzeria e aperta dal 1962...abbiamo due sedi e crediamo di essere sempre stati disponibili e cortesi con tutti....chiaramente accontentare tutta la mole di gente che vediamo è complicato ma la cosa sicura è che ci mettiamo ogni giorno passione e la nostra migliore professionalità....cercando di applicare prezzi onesti eseguendo al meglio il nostro mestiere!....ognuno è libero di pensare e scrivere ciò che vuole...nei termini magari un po' più educati...noi siamo sempre pronti al dialogo per fornire una migliore esperienza possibile!
