Sono stati educati e pazienti ad offrirmi diverse tipi di cialde per accontentarmi e riuscire ad avere ciò che desideravo. Successivamente ho avuto un problema con la macchina del caffè .. non erogava bene e bruciava il gusto, mi sono permessa di portarla in negozio anche se loro non fanno manutenzione ne vendita, sono stati cordialissimi nel sostituirmi, momentaneamente, la mia macchina con una loro e mi hanno rimesso in sesto la mia. È difficile al giorno d’oggi trovare persone cordiali e professionali.. io li ho trovati! Grazie mille! ? Professionalism, friendliness and experience.
