Small but very refined restaurant of excellent quality and skillful pairings. Really exceptional dishes and exalted to the maximum! Compliments to the Chef. I proprietari gentilissimi e preparati. Una piacevolissima sorpresa! Consigliatissimo Fantastic tasting and nice and well-kept setting. Abbiamo preso un menù degustazione da 5 portate, compreso il dolce. Ottime materie prime e abbinamenti ricercati. Tutte le portate erano molto gustose, equilibrate, con ingredienti ben armonizzati fra loro. Anche il dolce ottimo e degna conclusione di un pasto che abbiamo decisamente gradito. Carta dei vini piccola, ma con proposte interessanti e non banali. Il servizio è impeccabile. I proprietari, lei in sala, lui in cucina, sono gentilissimi e traspare chiaramente la passione che ci mettono. Buonissimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Se siete a Sabaudia, andateci di corsa. Consigliatissimo Small restaurant (12/14 seats) and very welcoming. Furnished with taste and sobriety. The cuisine, almost exclusively based on fish, is excellent. We took a 5 course tasting menu, including dessert. Excellent raw materials and refined combinations. All courses were very tasty, balanced, with well-blended ingredients. The dessert is also an excellent and worthy conclusion to a meal that we definitely enjoyed. Small wine list, but with interesting and not trivial proposals. The service is impeccable. The owners, she in the dining room, he in the kitchen, are very kind and the passion they put into it clearly shines through. Very good quality / price ratio. We will definitely be back. If you are in Sabaudia, go there in a hurry. Highly recommended

Sapori naturali ma con ricercatezza e originalità senza eccedere, quindi tutto molto buono. Ottimi il baccalà mantecato, i tortelli di patate e gli spaghetti con alici e nduja. Bonet e crema catalana per concludere. Il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo Etna bianco. I returned to this little restaurant after the pandemic and luckily the (high) quality has remained the same. Natural flavors but with refinement and originality without exceeding, so all very good. The creamed cod, potato tortelli and spaghetti with anchovies and nduja are excellent. Bonet and creme brulee to finish. All accompanied by an excellent white Etna.

Locale piccolo, con solo 14 coperti, ma si vede che la proprietà ha prestato molto attenzione ai particolari. Menù con non tante portate ma i piatti sono molto curati e ricercati ma soprattutto buoni. Da provare assolutamente Nice restaurant in Sabaudia discovered almost by accident.
