Pretendono il saldo prima della consegna e poi ti tocca aspettare cinque mesi per avere i mobili ordinati e pagati. Da evitare! Totally negative experience. Complete lack of precision and attention. Avevamo appuntamento per le 15 e 30 e ci ha maleducatamente liquidati dicendoci che non avrebbe potuto seguirci se non con un attesa di almeno 30 minuti. Al dilà del disservizio è stata proprio l’arroganza e la non professionalità della signora Samuela. Sarebbe bastato un semplice mi dispiace per L accaduto Bad experience. Il primo approcio l'abbiamo effettuato tramite mail, nel pieno della pandemia; sin da subito la ragazza (Claudia), con la quale ho parlato via mail, si è dimostrata attenta e precisa nel fornirmi le informazioni richieste. Decidiamo quindi di fissare l'appuntamento in negozio e nuovamente Claudia dimostra la sua esperienza e disponibilità dispensandoci dei consigli e attendendo pazientemente le nostre decisioni. Un'altra cosa che ho molto apprezzato è stato il tempo che ci è stato dedicato, che non abbiamo trovato spesso in altri showroom, ma che qui da Sormani invece è stato un punto di forza. Quindi dopo 2h (forse qualcosa di più) ed un caffè, siamo usciti soddisfatti del nostro acquisto! Il mobile è stato consegnato e montato efficientemente e volevo ringraziare particolarmente anche Patrizia che ci ha seguito in una seconda fase di revisione e aggiunta di un tassello mancante nella nostra composizione per la quale abbiamo deciso solo in seguito al montaggio che ci serviva, facendoci anche una sorpresa! Devo dire che ho trovato da Sormani quello che stavo cercando ovvero, attenzione al cliente, disponibilità e sicuramente, non da meno, prezzi competitivi! Grazie Patrizia e Claudia, torneremo sicuramente per arredare qualche altra stanza. Consigliatissimo I was able to buy a living room furniture at the showroom. We then decide to make an appointment in the shop and once again Claudia demonstrates her experience and availability by dispensing us with advice and patiently waiting for our decisions. Another thing that I really appreciated was the time that was dedicated to us, which we did not often find in other showrooms, but which here at Sormani instead was a strength. So after 2h (maybe a little more) and a coffee, we left satisfied with our purchase! The furniture was delivered and assembled efficiently and I also wanted to thank particularly Patrizia who followed us in a second phase of revision and addition of a missing piece in our composition for which we decided only after the assembly that we needed, also making us a surprise! I must say that I found at Sormani what I was looking for, that is, attention to the customer, availability and certainly, not least, competitive prices! Thanks Patrizia and Claudia, we will definitely be back to furnish some other rooms. Highly recommended
