Posso essere d'accordo che una ricetta sia scritta in modo errato o non chiaro, ma esiste anche un modo per comunicarlo in maniera educata ed efficace al cliente!

I can agree that a recipe is written incorrectly or unclear, but there is also a way to communicate it in a polite and effective way to the customer!

La settimana prima avevo chiesto la stessa cosa di un altro farmaco e mi è stato comunicato! Mettetevi d'accordo se si possono dare certe informazioni o no!
I asked for the price of a drug by phone and was told that they are not required to communicate it by phone but to go in person! The week before I had asked for the same thing about another drug and I was notified! Agree whether certain information can be given or not!
