★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Bus Fahrer heute und auch die letzten Tage total überfordert. Man sollte die Fahrtüchtigkeit überprüfen. Unfreundlich und arrogant, ein normaler Busunterner würde diese Person sofort entlassen. Kein Respekt vor älteren Leuten..... Seinbar hat Südtirol genug mit Touristen verdient und spezialisiert sich jetzt auf etwas anderes.....
The bus driver is overwhelmed today and the last few days. One should check the ability to drive. Unfriendly and arrogant, a normal bus operator would dismiss this person immediately. No respect for older people ..... It seems that South Tyrol has earned enough with tourists and is now specializing in something else .....

La mia azienda ha incaricato Sonnenreisen del transfer dei notri impiegati per il meeting annuale a Monaco di Baviera. Siamo rimasti tutti soddisfatti. Io per primo sono stato molte volte a Monaco, ma senza sperimentare la possibilità di conoscere la città da un’altra prospettiva. Piacevolmente rilassato, sono sceso dal bus dopo aver ammirato dei siti che non conoscevo. Gentile e puntuale il conducente Florian Rauch, professionale ed efficace nel suo lavoro. Consiglio vivamente di provarli.

My company has entrusted Sonnenreisen with the transfer of the employees employed for the annual meeting in Munich. We were all satisfied. I was first in Monaco many times, but without experiencing the possibility of getting to know the city from another perspective. Pleasantly relaxed, I got off the bus after admiring sites I did not know. Friendly and timely driver Florian Rauch, professional and effective in his work. I highly recommend trying them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine minderjährige Tochter war heute mit einer Freundin mit dem Linienbus (der von Sonnenreisen gefahren wird) unterwegs nach Jenesien - bis der Bus vor dem Gasthaus hielt, der Fahrer die Türen verschloss und für rund 10 Minuten im Gasthaus verschwand. Meine Tochter hatte keine Möglichkeit den Bus zu verlassen. Auf meine Nachfrage bei Sonnenreisen erhielt ich eine mehr als arrogante "Auskunft", dass der Fahrer keine Pause hätte (!) und er deshalb ins Gasthaus ginge. Was solle schon passieren? (Tipp: Dass Kinder Angst bekommen? Dass es gefährlich und unprofessionell ist, Minderjährige unbeaufsichtigt in einen Bus einzuschließen?) Ich bin der Meinung, dass solche Vorkommnisse bei einem seriösen Busunternehmen nicht vorkommen dürfen. Erst recht erwarte ich mir auf einen Hinweis hin eine Entschuldigung und keine freche Antwort von der Betriebsleitung.
My underage daughter was on the way to Jenesien today with a friend on the bus (which is driven by Sonnenreisen) - until the bus stopped in front of the inn, the driver locked the doors and disappeared into the inn for around 10 minutes. My daughter had no opportunity to get off the bus. When I asked Sonnenreisen, I received more than arrogant "information" that the driver didn't have a break (!) and that he therefore went to the inn. What should happen? (Hint: That kids get scared? That it's dangerous and unprofessional to lock minors on a bus unsupervised?) I believe that such incidents shouldn't happen with a reputable bus company. I certainly expect an apology and no cheeky answer from the management when I get a hint.
