★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata, ci hanno detto che il collega che segue le vendite non ci può ricevere, riceve solo su appuntamento (non cera nessuno dentro al negozio e cerano almenp due persone sedute a delle scrivanie) abbiako chiesto se avevano lampadari e applique (si vedevano dalla strada) e il signore ha detto che avevano poca roba?noi eravamo di passaggio e dovevamo comprare illuminazione per parecchi euro, persa la vendita!? prima regola, mai cacciare un cliente solo perché sono le 18.15 e alle 18.30 chiudi!!!!!
I went in, they told us that the colleague who follows the sales can't receive us, only receives by appointment (no one was in the shop and at least two people sat at the desks) and asked if they had chandeliers and sconces (they could be seen from the street) and the gentleman said they had little stuffwe were passing through and we had to buy lighting for several euros, lost the sale! regola the first rule, never hunt a client just because they are at 6.15 pm and close at 6.30 pm !!!!!

Fatto preventivo a Dicembre per dei faretti, pochi giorni dopo che è scaduto il preventivo hanno aumentato i prezzi e senza dire una parola in merito hanno presentato il "nuovo" prezzo. C'è ne siamo accorti solo a casa e quando siamo andati a chiedere spiegazioni ci hanno detto che ci faranno bene la "prossima volta". Non ci sarà nessuna prossima volta. Sconsigliato vivamente.
Teased. Made a quote in December for spotlights, a few days after the quote expired they increased the prices and without saying a word about it they presented the "new" price. We only noticed it at home and when we went to ask for explanations they said that they will do us good "next time". There will be no next time. Strongly not recommended.
