Posso definirmi orgoglioso di aver iniziato a collaborare con la Solutions & Projects, avendola seguita da Torino. Un'opportunità lavorativa decisamente diversa dalle altre. Ricca di tante possibilità di crescita. Io personalmente ho abbracciato a pieno il progetto e mi ritengo decisamente soddisfatto! A livello di prodotti li ho in casa e sono a dir poco fantastici! Ho risolto molti problemi sia a me che alla mia famiglia!!! I've been working with this company for over a year. To say that it is now a family is still a little to say. Spostandomi da Torino, da casa, ho riposto tutta la mia fiducia in quest’azienda e sono sempre più convinta d’aver fatto la scelta giusta. Si siamo tutti ragazzi, si, ci comportiamo come piccoli imprenditori, è esattamente quello che vogliamo creare. A parer mio, per la mia piccola esperienza lavorativa, di aziende che ti danno la possibilità di crescere, formarti, allo stesso tempo guadagnar bene, e a 21 riuscire a mantenerti un affitto in centro a Novara, credo ce ne siano davvero poche. Oltretutto, Questi ragazzi sono ormai la mia famiglia e siamo un gruppo fantastico. Invito davvero tutti, a venire a vedere com’è il nostro mondo ? Fantastic work experience! Da una semplice degustazione di caffè come ti dicono inizialmente passano subito a prodotti da 2500+ euro. Screditano tutto ciò che hai in casa, ovviamente inerente a ciò che loro vendono e a mia moglie, incinta, questo businessman dei miei stivali si è permesso pure di dire che stiamo uccidendo il nostro bambino se non prendiamo il loro prodotto! A farlo entrare nuovamente in casa mia la rosa tatuata sul collo gliela farei mangiare. Giocano sul buonismo della gente, ti chiamano pregandoti di aiutarli per raccogliere qualche soldo e che sono amici di chi gli ha dato il numero, cosa che in parte si è rivelata vera, se non fosse che il ragazzo in questione lavorava lì, e gli hanno preso i contatti senza che lui sapesse nulla dopo che ha lasciato il lavoro. Ci fossero zero stelle non esiterei. Sconsigliatissimi. 0/10 P.S Facendo qualche ricerca sotto nome del CEO, è incredibile come tutte le recensioni positive sono SOLO di dipendenti attuali o parenti. Stesso sangue del loro boss Marco Reato, carissimo amico di Silvio B, e dice tutto questo. P.S.S Data la risposta della proprietaria, la mia brutta esperienza risale a luglio di quest'anno, e parlai con un ragazzo, e non con lei! Tanti saluti e buona vita! Similar experience to Mr. Fitani. Purtroppo la tipologia di lavoro offerta non era quella adatta a me ma ho apprezzato il fatto che mi abbiano messa a mio agio, di potermi esprimere liberamente senza sentirmi giudicata. Mi hanno detto che il team è composto da persone molto motivate con gran passione, che si svegliano felici di iniziare la giornata di lavoro. Se è davvero così, lo spero per loro, spero di poter trovare un posto analogo più attinente alla mia preparazione. I had a lot of fun, I found the environment cheerful and sunny.
