★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se vi trovate in zona o semplicemente amate i carboidrati nella loro forma migliore non avete scusanti per assaggiare prodotti da forno e panificati al meglio come purtroppo è molto difficile trovare, visto che negli ultimi anni spesso le panetterie del caso utilizzano fornitori esterni standardizzati e ben poco gustosi o interessanti per il palato.
La conduzione familiare a maggior ragione da le garanzie del caso e l'impegno che ho verificato più volte negli ingredienti e nella preparazione rende merito.
La scelta non è sconfinata ma punta giustamente sulla qualità, ed è evidente al primo assaggio.
Come di norma da contorno non mancano prodotti preconfezionati comunque di marchi molto conosciuti.
La cortesia e simpatia della proprietaria e sapori vi lasceranno un ottimo ricordo.
