★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotazione telefonica ok. Appuntamento fisico in ufficio. Entro e allo sportello 10 un impiegato frustrato mi rimanda fuori dicendo che non fa il tipo di pratica che chiedo. Rifaccio fila e un secondo impiegato dopo aver detto che il collega ha sbagliato non mi ascolta mi rimanda a un terzo sportello che in 5 minuti risolve tutto. Questo impiegato salva il giudizio finale. Chiaramente essendo in super centro, parcheggio molto caro.
 Telephone booking ok. Physical appointment in the office. I walk in and at counter 10 a frustrated employee sends me back out saying he doesn't do the kind of practice I ask for. I re-queue and a second employee after saying that the colleague made a mistake does not listen to me sends me to a third counter that solves everything in 5 minutes. This employee saves the final judgment. Clearly being in the super center, very expensive parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo i veronesi sono legati a questa società che pretende solo senza adempiere ai propri doveri esempio: inviare le e-mail di pagamento, cercare di fare recapitare gli avvisi di raccomandata che in questi casi fa un sacco la differenza visto che ci si ritrova a pagare in più non avendo nessuna colpa. Non capisco gli utenti che mettono più di una stella ma 0 sarebbe il numero corretto!
Siamo in Italia quindi quindi lo "scaricabarile" é prassi in posti come questo, risultato= paga sempre l'utente finale.

I don't understand users who put more than one star but 0 would be the correct number!
We are in Italy so the "blame" is common practice in places like this, result = the end user always pays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi unisco al coro di coloro che non hanno ricevuto una lettera nel 2019 e si ritrovano oggi, una lettera di sollecito con una sanzione che è pari alla metà della rata stessa.
Essendo regolari i pagamenti degli altri anni, e non essendomi mai stata recapitata la lettera raccomandata, mi ritrovo una multa che non dipende dalla mia voloontà. A quanto pare per fare ricorso bisogna presentarsi al Tribunale di Verona, e sicuramente non lo farà nessuno per 100,00 euro.
Una truffa legalizzata praticamente, un disservizio assurdo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi arriva nel 2022 una lettera di pagamento per una rata omessa nel 2019 della quale non avevo mai ricevuto il bollettino/richiesta di pagamento. Nella lettera scrivono che è L’ultimo sollecito. Ultimo??? in verità è il primo che ricevo.
Ma io dico, siamo nel 2022, abbiamo i cellulari, la pec, la mail, e se gli anni 2020 e 2021 sono regolarmente pagati che difficoltà c’era nel contattare una persona e avvisarla che una rata risulta omessa ???? un pagamento del 2019! È così brutto notificarlo prima ? Almeno avessi ricevuto una cavolo si raccomanda. No. Dopo due anni una lettera ovviamente corredata di sanzione di quasi 90 euro. E non basta perché oggi mi accordo solo grazie al servizio Io che pure la lettera per il pagamento di quest anno non è arrivata. È una nuova tecnica per accumulare soldi di sanzioni dai cittadini ? Vergogna totale
