A	Andrea Marzano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo dare 5 stelle perchè qui nasce il Primitivo di Manduria, ma nonostante la grande gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario , devo dire che (forse per alcuni lavori in corso) , la struttura andrebbe un pò rimodernata , lo shop era chiuso per lavori, ma ci hanno accolto all'interno di una sala negli uffici , il vino Soloperto già lo conosco da tempo e non vedo l'ora di assaporare le bottiglie acquistate . I have to give 5 stars because Primitivo di Manduria was born here, but despite the owner's great kindness and helpfulness, I must say that (perhaps due to some work in progress), the structure should be a little modernized, the shop was closed for work, but there they welcomed the Soloperto wine into a room in the offices, I have already known it for some time and I can't wait to taste the bottles purchased.

S	Simone Riva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo prenotato venerdì per la visita lunedì ma non è mai arrivata nessuna mail di conferma, nonostante siano stati scalati i soldi dalla carta di credito. La mattina di lunedì abbiamo chiamato e ci è stata confermata la prenotazione per le 12. Mezz'ora prima ci hanno richiamati annullando la visita perché, a detta loro, stanno facendo dei lavori e quindi sono impossibilitati a fare le visite. Notare che questa mattina i lavori non c'erano. Serietà zero! We booked Friday for the visit on Monday but no confirmation email never arrived, despite the money being deducted from the credit card. On Monday morning we called and the reservation was confirmed for 12. Half an hour earlier they called us back and canceled the visit because, according to them, they are doing some work and therefore are unable to make the visits. Notice that the works were not there this morning. Zero seriousness!

Molto preparata la ragazza che ci ha presentato la cantina e i vini. Ampia scelta di Negramaro e Primitivo; vini bianchi, rosé e rossi e anche spumanti, tra cui un rosè. Il Primitivo di punta costa 25€. Gli altri si assestano sui 13€. Tra quelli che fanno solo acciaio, il costo è sui 6-7€. Too bad there was no opportunity to taste. The tasting room was closed for renovation. The girl who introduced us to the cellar and the wines was very prepared. Wide choice of Negramaro and Primitivo; white, rosé and red wines as well as sparkling wines, including a rosé. The top Primitivo costs € 25. The others settle on 13 €. Molto interessante da visitare anche il piccolo museo e la bottaia. Consigliata. Cellar that deserves to be visited. I recommend tasting Rubinum 14 and Rubinum 17, wines of unparalleled quality. I vini in degustazione, partendo da un chardonney, passando per un rosato a dir poco inebriante e per finire a 2 rossi degni di nota. Un'esperienza molto piacevole. Tasting path between history and tradition, exhibited with passion handed down from father to son. The wines for tasting, starting from a chardonney, going through a heady rosé to say the least and ending with 2 noteworthy reds. A very pleasant experience.
