Saranno anche 15 anni di attività, ma questo non vuol dire che date un bel servizio. Siete un franchising. Potete avere molti clienti, ma è per necessità, non che vengono da voi perché siete bravi. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loro servizi non mi hanno soddisfatto, non ho ricevuto alcun supporto nella mediazione di affitto dell appartamento. Anche per le garanzie volevano imporre a tutti i costi la loro assicurazione. Alla fine mi sono accordato da solo coi proprietari. Secondo me hanno una provvigione cara, 600 euro per un affitto mensile di poco più di 400 euro mi pare alta, di più di altri agenti in zona a fronte di un servizio di supporto basso. Alla fine hanno fatto un contratto standard che da soli io e il proprietario eravamo capaci di scaricare dal sito del comune. Sinceramente lo sconsiglio ai proprietari, rivolgetevi ad altre agenzie, meno vessatorie per provvigioni.
