Un esperienza da dimenticare con questa agenzia: scrivo una mail per avere informazioni su un annuncio pubblicato da loro, mi rispondono che quel particolare immobile non è più disponibile, ma che avevano altre proposte da farmi valutare. Fissiamo, sempre via mail, un appuntamento presso i loro uffici. Bene: la persona che mi ha contattato (Natalia) non si è nemmeno presentata, raggiunta al telefono dalla segretaria neanche si scusa e le dice di "aprire una scheda": cioè mi viene chiesto nome, cognome e numero di telefono, (cose che per altro, avevano già) per poi dirmi tranquillamente che "al momento non abbiamo nulla di quanto richiesto"!!!!! Un comportamento davvero inqualificabile!
No professionalism, a bad agency.
An experience to forget with this agency: I write an e-mail to get information about an advertisement published by them, they tell me that that particular property is no longer available, but that they had other proposals for me to evaluate. We fix an appointment at their offices via e-mail. Well: the person who contacted me (Natalia) did not even introduce himself, reached the telephone by the secretary even apologizes and tells her to "open a card": that is, I am asked for my name, surname and phone number (things that for other, they already had) to then calmly tell me that "at the moment we have nothing of what required" !!!!! A truly unspeakable behavior!

Ho preso un appuntamento direttamente con la titolare (Cristina), abbiamo fatto due chiacchiere per capire le mie esigenze ed in un secondo incontro mi ha mostrato 3 appartamenti, una più bello dell'altro. Alla fine ho concluso con loro.
Mi sono trovata molto bene: professionali, puntuali e mi hanno agevolata il più possibile.
I wanted to buy my first house and after a lot of traveling, I turned to this agency believing it would be yet another hole in the water. I made an appointment directly with the owner (Cristina), we chatted to understand my needs and in a second meeting she showed me 3 apartments, one more beautiful than the other. I finally concluded with them.
I found myself very well: professional, punctual and they facilitated me as much as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo per sapere se hanno un appartamento in affitto, dico le mie esigenze, mi hanno detto che chi ha un cane gli appartamenti vanno dai 650 in su. Mi sembra una presa in giro perché se non avessi un cane il prezzo è più basso? Come funziona? Schifo.
