Vedo che mi risponde e le dico che l'idraulico non ha mai fatto un sopralluogo, così come la ditta di pulizie non è mai entrata in casa al cambio inquilini, come confermato dal proprietario che non ha pagato alcuna spesa di pulizie. Se fosse venuto un idraulico a tempo debito, anche solo con un sopralluogo avrebbe sicuramente accertato che la situazione era precaria, con accumuli di calcare dati da una lavastoviglie che al nostro ingresso non è mai stata vista. ci sono delle accortezze che un'agenzia che tiene alla propria clientela, sia proprietari che affittuari, dovrebbe tenere di conto e amministrare prima di far entrare nuovi inquilini mettendosi d'accordo, in quanto intermediari, col proprietario, evitando così incomprensioni tra le due parti.
