★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo do una stella ma meriterebbe 0 stelle questa pessima esperienza. Dopo aver visionato un appartamento ed aver fatto la mia offerta, intavolando così la trattativa con il sedicente Gianluca Raimondi, responsabile dell' agenzia immobiliare, mi veniva riferito che mi avrebbe richiamato il giorno dopo vista anche la mia urgenza di trasferirmi.
Passati 2 giorni senza aver avuto notizie, lo contattavo al suo personale e tramite mess mi rispondeva che avrebbe parlato il giorno dopo con la Proprietaria e mi avrebbe fatto sapere. Da allora è sparito nn rispondendo più alle mie chiamate ed ai miei messaggi di sollecito, tale da chiamare dopo 3 giorni in Agenzia sita in viale Salandra, per avere notizie in merito. Lamentandomi del fatto che affidandomi a loro avevo rinunciato ad altre offerte con altre Agenzie Immobiliari, chiedevo se il Raimondi lavorasse ancora per loro e fosse realmente un agente immobiliare così come si era presentato sia con mail che personalmente.
Mi rispondeva un tale che si dichiarava il fratello del Raimondi, mi spiegava che lo stesso era influenzato e che mi avrebbe fatto sapere in giornata come procedere, chiaramente mai nessuno mi ha richiamato. Fortunatamente ho trovato di meglio ad un prezzo più basso ma l esperienza è stata davvero negativa e per nulla trasparente. Mai vista una scena del genere in vita mia. Spero che questa mia recensione possa essere costruttiva per un miglior andamento in futuro poiché così si rovinano i clienti.

Unfortunately I give a star but it would deserve this bad experience. After viewing an apartment and making my offer, thus starting the negotiation with the self-styled Gianluca Raimondi, head of the real estate agency, I was told that he would call me back the day after I saw my urgency to move.
After 2 days without having had any news, I contacted his staff and he replied to me by mess that he would talk to the landlady the next day and let me know. Since then it has disappeared nn responding more to my calls and to my reminder messages, such as to call after 3 days in the Agency located in Viale Salandra, to have news on the matter. Complaining that I had given up on other offers with other Real Estate Agencies, I was wondering if Raimondi was still working for them and was really a real estate agent as he had presented himself both by mail and personally.
A person who declared himself the brother of Raimondi answered me, explained to me that he was influenced and that he would let me know in the day how to proceed, clearly no one ever called me back. Fortunately I found better at a lower price but the experience was really negative and not at all transparent. Never seen such a scene in my life. I hope this review of mine can be constructive for a better trend in the future as this will ruin customers.

I was able to personally verify the professionalism of Gianluca Raimondi and his brother. The seriousness with which the negotiation that allowed me to find a house with the features I was looking for was really worthy of note.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo un appuntamento per il venerdì mattina e correttamente sono stato avvisato il giorno prima dell'impossibilità e rimandato al giorno successivo, permettendo che dovevo spostarmi con moglie in dolce attesa e bimba di 5 anni il Sabato mattina ho tardato di 20 minuti, il ragazzino che mi avrebbe dovuto presentare l'appartamento mi ha contattato all'ora stabilità e con aria superiore mi ha redarguito nonostante le mie spiegazioni ma il massimo è stato che al mio arrivo mi ha ricontattato per dirmi che non l'avrei trovato lì perché non aveva tempo da perdere. Caro mio mercoledì io la casa me la compro tu fra qualche mese penso che dovrai iscriverti all'ufficio di collocamento.
