Nonostante avessi un appuntamento per vedere un appartamento, che nel frattempo veniva ceduto ad altri, l'agenzia non mi ha contattato per disdire l'incontro. Personalmente l'ho trovata una mancanza di serietà. My experience was not positive. Evidentemente non hanno bisogno di clienti. I wanted to rent my property (new with the garage in the avenue area) but I was made a hasty evaluation of the property over the phone. M	Marco Bertolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza assolutamente da dimenticare per quanto mi riguarda: la provvigione richiesta al possibile conduttore è doppia rispetto a quella ordinariamente richiesta dalle altre agenzie immobiliari, pari a due canoni di locazione più IVA. Anche tralasciando le condizioni singolari che vengono richieste ai possibili clienti, sul piano delle relazioni umani non ho avuto un’esperienza migliore: contattando telefonicamente l’agenzia, infatti, si viene accolti da un uomo con sufficienza e spiccata maleducazione. Experience absolutely to be forgotten as far as I am concerned: the commission requested from the possible tenant is double compared to that ordinarily requested by the other real estate agencies, equal to two rents plus VAT. Even leaving aside the singular conditions that are asked of possible customers, in terms of human relations I have not had a better experience: by contacting the agency by phone, in fact, you are greeted by a man with enough and marked rudeness.
F	Fabio Pascale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attenzione alla cauzione, ci sono state addebitate dall'agenzia (oltre a qualche problema da noi segnalato) spese per un'ammontare superiore a 600€ (metà cauzione!!) delle quali solo alcune giustificate. Particolarmente onerose le pulizie, una "sanificazione" di tutto l'appartamento - dopo una nostra pulizia ordinaria - per 230€ senza alcuna tracciabilità e non espressamente contemplata nel contratto. Non ci è mai capitata prima d'ora una trattenuta così esagerata a fronte di un'immobile lasciato senza danni ingenti e quantomeno in condizioni pari a come ci è stato affittato. Fra le varie disavventure l'agenzia, al termine dei due anni del contratto, ti manda via dicendo che la proprietà non riaffitta l'appartamento o che se vuoi rimanere devi versare una nuova provvigione al pari di quella versata inizialmente. La caparra.. aspettatevi di riaverla dopo due/tre mesi e detratta di spese pulizia inesistenti (la casa era stata riconsegnata in perfette condizioni). Bad agency! Among the various mishaps the agency, at the end of the two years of the contract, sends you away saying that the property does not rent the apartment again or that if you want to stay you have to pay a new commission like the one paid initially. D	Dario Vit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Fanno finta di essere disponibili e cortesi per poi rifilare una truffa dietro l'altra. Prezzi e spese di gestione raddoppiano senza spiegazione. Inoltre dopo aver fornito la caparra a inizio contratto non è più stata restituita al momento della rescissione con l'ulteriore accusa di non aver eseguito le manutenzioni richieste da contratto (a quanto pare le fatture che provano il contrario non sono ritenute una prova valida). Da evitare assolutamente. Bad experience. They pretend to be helpful and courteous and then lay one scam after another. Prices and management fees double without explanation. Furthermore, after having provided the deposit at the beginning of the contract, it was no longer returned at the time of termination with the further accusation of not having carried out the maintenance required by the contract (apparently the invoices proving the contrary are not considered valid proof).
