★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato da loro per fare un ordine di 30 Mattonelle in marmo particolare. Il prezzo che mi hanno chiesto è stato di 30€ a mattonelle me ne servivano 30 ...fate voi? Chiedo quindi allora che me ne servivano meno , 10 (dato il costo) Comunque al punto gli dico che mi sembrava troppo alto il prezzo e sono iniziati gli sbuffi da parte di un tizio anziano come a comunicarmi che gli scocciava il fatto che avessi cambiato idea cioè da 30 a 10 pezzi.
Comunque io e il mio muratore siamo andati con le buone maniere e se fossero stati più gentili forse ci avremmo pensato anche a fare un ordine.
Data l'arroganza ci rivolgiamo tranquillamente altrove dove forse la cordialità che si ha verso un cliente sia migliore.
I went to them to place an order for 30 particular marble tiles. The price they asked me was 30 € per tile I needed 30 ... do you? So I ask then that I needed less, 10 (given the cost) However at the point I tell him that the price seemed too high and the puffs started by an elderly guy as if to tell me that he was bothered by the fact that I had changed his mind i.e. 30 to 10 pieces.
Anyway my bricklayer and I went with good manners and if they had been kinder maybe we would have thought about placing an order as well.
Given the arrogance, we calmly turn elsewhere where perhaps the friendliness we have towards a customer is better.
