We went to the shop on April 10 to choose the material for three bathrooms; we were assured that we would have a quote within a week, despite our reminder on April 22nd we never received a quote. Really bad

La professionalità si dimostra non solo nell'attenzione al Cliente, nell'ampia scelta del materiale e nell'ottima qualità, ma anche ammettendo i propri sbagli e saper rimediare. Just two months ago we gave a star for a series of circumstances, today we give 4 stars and no 5 just because perfection cannot exist and we can always improve. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un " paese dei balocchi " per chi vuole rinnovare casa una vasta scelta di pavimenti e piastrelle di tutti i tipi e di ogni qualità arredi per il bagno moderni ed innovativi un po' per tutte le tasche...ma la cosa che più mi ha colpito è la cura e l'attenzione con cui sono stata ascoltata dell'addetto alle vendite ,il sig. Gianni P. che è riuscito a consigliarmi nelle scelte dei materiali soddisfacendo ogni mio bisogno e dandomi precise indicazioni .Insomma ,un posto decisamente consigliabile!!
It is a "land of toys" for those who want to renovate their home a wide choice of floors and tiles of all types and of every quality modern and innovative bathroom furnishings a bit for all budgets ... but the thing that I most what struck me was the care and attention with which I was listened to by the sales person, Mr. Gianni P. who managed to advise me in the choice of materials, satisfying my every need and giving me precise indications. In short, a highly recommended place!
