★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte eine Panne , Klimaanlage ging kaputt,ab zur nächsten Werkstatt....1 Std kostet 66 Euro -hing an der Wand und ich war 45 min dort Klimaanlage ist kaputt( ja stimmt) zählte 70 Euro und bekam keine Rechnung...einmal und nie wieder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keiner von denen kann Englisch. Es hiess wir können um 08:00 Uhr dort kommen, jedoch war niemand vor Ort. Als wir versuchten sie zu kontaktieren, hingen sie uns ab, da sie kein Englisch können. Einfach nur frech.
Neither of them can speak English. They said we can come there at 8:00 a.m., but nobody was there. When we tried to contact them, they hung over us as they don't speak English. Just cheeky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patetici , inaffidabili nella maniera più totale , al limite dell'imbarazzante da aprile che tra una cosa e l'altra dopo averla portata diverse volte tentano di risolvere un problema alla macchina ora è la da 15 giorni e non hanno la più pallida idea di quando me la consegnano , mi danno una 500 come auto di cortesia e io dovrei andare in ferie con una famimiglia do 4 persone , preciso che l'intervento è in garanzia e che ogni volta tengono la macchina giornate intere e solo al momento del ritiro mi dicono che non hanno risolto nulla , mai visto in 45anni dei pagliacci del genere se non siete in grado di fare il vostro lavoro chiudete e non create danni ad altri.

La mia macchina dopo una chiamata di soccorso al numero verde é stata portata li da loro dopo un guasto perché era sera e perché non conoscevo un meccanico di fiducia. Il giorno seguente passo a capire il problema e il proprietario mi dice che si é rotta la cinghia e mi chiedeva una cifra spropositata dicendomi che se non fosse stato solo quello la cifra sarebbe aumentata . La possibilità di venirmi in contro non c era nemmeno . Al che dico che ci avrei pensato. Essendo venerdì, lunedì chiamo per fare spostare la mia macchina da un altro meccanico, dove il prezzo del problema era già ragionevole. Quindi decido di PAGARE IL SERVIZIO DEL CARRO A LORO. Si sono comportati malissimo. Mi hanno presa in giro tutta la macchina sull orario di quando la mia macchina sarebbe arrivata a destinazione. Scortesi e maleducati. Si sono comportati male anche con la persona che ha ricevuto la mia macchina dicendo che gli stava rubando il lavoro E per finire non hanno nemmeno rimesso i pezzi a loro posto. Hanno messo i pezzi della macchina dentro un cartone nel bagagliaio e altri sparsi per la macchina. Ecco questa é la loro professionalità! Se si potesse denunciare una cosa del genere lo farei ma mi accontento delle recensioni che leggo su questa officina. State proprio alla larga.
