Ho chiesto una c’era integrale, mi è stato detto che occorreva tagliare, io mi sono rifiutata (non voglio che usino forbici o pinzette) e ho detto di non farla più integrale nel caso in cui non riuscisse a gestire la situazione, mentre nel caso contrario sarei stata disposta anche a soffrire di più (altre estetiste sono sempre riuscite senza problemi). Morale della favola sono tornata a casa con una cera a metà, ma pagando il prezzo intero, pensavo che come cliente almeno mi facesse uno sconto di cortesia! I asked for a wholegrain one, I was told that it was necessary to cut, I refused (I don't want them to use scissors or tweezers) and I said not to make it more complete in case it could not manage the situation, while in the otherwise I would have been willing to suffer more (other beauticians have always succeeded without problems). Moral of the story I came home with a wax half, but paying the full price, I thought that as a customer at least he gave me a courtesy discount!

G	Gabriele Bernal Simbana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono per niente soddisfatta del risultato, pessimo personale (la ragazza che mi stava svolgendo il Microblading non sapeva parlare l'italiano, era asiatica e doveva sempre comunicare con suo marito per capire il risultato che volevo avere, non ha capito nulla e ha fatto un pò di testa sua visto che sono tornata a casa delusissima), e pessimo risultato, non è quello che avevo in mente e dovrò tenermelo per molto! Sconsiglio davvero questo centro estetico, sinceramente sarebbe stato meglio aver pagato di più per un professionista invece che avere un risultato così pessimo qui. Non lo cambierei con nessun altro centro. La Titolare è una persona speciale ed anche il suo staff, sempre attento e preciso! For me in Assoluto the best beauty center in Milan, I found professionalism and seriousness and the ability to make you achieve results. I would not trade it with any other center. The Owner is a special person and also her staff, always attentive and precise!

Ho trovato il centro grazie a un’esperienza regalo wonderbox e sono uscita rilassata e soddisfatta dopo un massaggio rilassante fatto da Erita (spero sia giusto il nome). Dopo l’esperienza mi hanno anche regalato uno sconto del 20% per un altro trattamento. Tornerò sicuramente? The two staff girls I met were super nice and helpful from the very first moment. Both the place and the very professional manners. I found the center thanks to a wonderbox gift experience and I went out relaxed and satisfied after a relaxing massage given by Erita (I hope the name is right). After the experience, they also gave me a 20% discount for another treatment. I will definitely be back?
