Una squisita accoglienza ci è stata riservata e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa, Buona la sistemazione, meraviglioso e rilassante il giardino. Ampi spazi interni ed esterni. Spazi in comune comodi. Vicinanza al centro e alle spiagge di località Sovareto. Market nelle vicinanze. Necessaria la macchina. Hospitality, courtesy, relaxing and familiar environment. Beautiful and well-kept garden. Apartments not brand new but comfortable. Large indoor and outdoor spaces. Comfortable shared spaces. L’host mi ha però contattato per dirmi che in realtà, a causa di un loro errore nella gestione delle prenotazioni, per l’ultimo giorno del mio soggiorno l’appartamento non era disponibile perché già prenotato da altri ospiti attraverso altri canali. Il gestore mi ha quindi richiesto di modificare le date del soggiorno e di anticipare arrivo e partenza di un giorno: questa cosa per me non era ovviamente possibile, quindi ho deciso di cancellare la prenotazione e cercare un’altra sistemazione. I booked a 4-night stay at the Solaris Appartamenti Vacanze (Sciacca) facility through Booking.com and I regularly received a booking confirmation via email. However, the host contacted me to tell me that in reality, due to an error in their management of reservations, the apartment was not available for the last day of my stay because it had already been booked by other guests through other channels. The manager then asked me to change the dates of my stay and to anticipate arrival and departure by one day: this was obviously not possible for me, so I decided to cancel the reservation and look for another accommodation.
