In my case the order process did not turn out to be a straightforward affair since the first lamp arrived damaged and was not of the finest quality as I had hoped. Nevertheless, the staff were sympathetic and accommodating to create a new bespoke lampshade for me. Thus, even though I had to wait over two months to complete my initial order, the final lamp shade they produced for my living room is of exceptional quality and I am delighted with the result. In conclusion, I can say despite the less than smooth order process, I can heartily recommend and endorse Sogni di Cristallo for their products and service.

I was initially a bit skeptical purchasing online from a brand I didn’t know something of this price. Talking to their team in italy I was reassured. We purchased a 160cmx140cm villa chandelier. It is just splendid. No other words to describe it. It arrived in two protected boxes, not one pieces was broken. They also sent in the box an extra piece for each item of the chandelier. We did a video call w Gianluca who works at sogni to get help for installation. this was extremely helpful. Result is outstanding! I cannot praise more this brand and customer service.

The experience during consultation with the team was all done via email because we couldn’t travel due to COVID. Regardless, the entire experience from consultation through purchase and ultimate delivery in Australia was seamless. The chandeliers arrived well packed and their physical beauty even exceeded our expectations. The photos, taken with my iPad, cannot do them justice.
