I've been waiting for the package since September 19th, I'm still waiting, they say that the address doesn't exist, the worst kind of courier, to be avoided absolutely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dir poco scandalosi, l'autista mi chiama per la consegna dicendomi che era 100 metri più avanti dall'indirizzo, gli dico che io non ero presente e che facevo andare subito mia figlia a ritirare il collo........morale della favola dopo aver chiuso la telefonata va via scrivendo sul tracking : collo rifiutato........... SENZA PAROLE!!!!!!!!
To say the least outrageous, the driver calls me for delivery telling me that it was 100 meters ahead from the address, I tell him that I was not present and that I was going to have my daughter go immediately to collect the neck ........ moral of the story after closing the call goes away writing on the tracking: neck refused ........... WITHOUT WORDS !!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Più che chiamarli corrieri direi che sono dei maghi, riescono a far sparire i pacchi in un giorno soltanto . Vi consiglio vivamente di non affidare le vostre spedizioni a loro se non volete perdere dei soldi !!!! È vergognoso.
Rather than calling them couriers, I would say that they are magicians, they manage to make parcels disappear in just one day. I strongly advise you not to entrust your shipments to them if you don't want to lose money !!!! It is shameful.
