★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella è anche troppa! Affidabilità zero, dicono che la merce è in consegna in giornata, ma non è vero, sono due giorni che aspetto. Al telefono rispondono dopo 50 telefonate e spesso aprono e chiudono la chiamata. Mi auguro solo se e quando, un giorno, mi arriverà ciò che ho ordinato, arrivi almeno integro. Modifico da una a tre stelle, solo perché la merce è arrivata integra e in perfette condizioni, ma tutto il resto è da migliorare.
One star is too much! Zero reliability, they say that the goods are delivered the same day, but that's not true, I've been waiting for two days. They answer the phone after 50 calls and often open and close the call. I only hope if and when, one day, what I ordered will arrive, it will arrive at least intact. I change from one to three stars, only because the goods arrived intact and in perfect condition, but everything else needs to be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCANDALOSI! Nell'epoca della digitalizzazione questa società è davvero da evitare. Se dovete ricevere della merce sperate non venga affidata a loro. Impossibile contattarli telefonicamente e tramite i loro form di assistenza in quanto non si degnano di rispondere. Se dopo giorni e giorni di tentativi qualcuno si degna di rispondere, prima di festeggiare aspettate di sentire che vi dicono perchè avrete la conferma della scarsità del servizio; il tracking non sanno cosa sia e al massimo vi diranno che la merce è in viaggio in camion......se chiedete dove si trova, accontentatevi di sapere che è in camion.... Naturalmente i credenti possono aumentare la dose di preghiere nella speranza funzionino e che la merce, prima o poi, arrivi!!!
