La signora Silvia è stata veramente molto gentile e disponibile! Ha sempre trovato una risposta alle mie domande e sono state davvero tante avendo acquistato il divano tramite sito. Ha saputo consigliarmi bene e togliere i vari dubbi che avevo. Consiglio vivamente!! I bought the sofa from this company and I must say that I had a great time! First of all, the product is of very good quality and I was fully satisfied but the thing that pleased me most was the pre and post sales assistance! Mrs. Silvia was really very kind and helpful! He has always found an answer to my questions and there have been so many having purchased the sofa on the website. He was able to advise me well and remove the various doubts I had. I highly recommend !!

Viene incontro alle esigenze e capisce bene i diversi clienti, motivi per cui ho consigliato questo negozio ad altri amici. Consegna un po' ritardata rispetto ai tempi previsti (due settimane di ritardo) ma era per ritardi generali post COVID.... I got a wonderful bed! Comfortable and quality. Silvia, the sales clerk, is exceptional! It meets the needs and understands different customers well, which is why I have recommended this shop to other friends. Delivery a little late compared to the expected time (two weeks late) but it was due to general post COVID delays ....

Il primo acquistato nel 2005 si e' preservato cosi bene nel tempo che abbiamo deciso di portarlo dal tapezziere per dargli una nuova veste. Il secondo acquistato pochi mesi fa. Qualita/Prezzo imbattibile, ottimo e cordiali il servizio. Cosa si vuole di piu? I bought the second sofa from Soft Casa. The first purchased in 2005 has been so well preserved over time that we decided to take it to the upholsterer to give it a new look. The second purchased a few months ago. Un pomeriggio, dopo aver provato più di un divano, ne ho scelto uno in esposizione con due sedute relax elettriche e poggiatesta regolabili. Appena mi sono seduta si è rivelato comodissimo e funzionale alle mie esigenze. Avevo la necessità che mi venisse consegnato velocemente e devo ringraziare Silvia, Gigliola e in particolare il titolare, sig. Valerio, per aver esaudito la mia richiesta. Sono andata in negozio un venerdì pomeriggio, ho scelto il divano, sabato mattina l'ho acquistato e sabato pomeriggio avevo già il mio nuovo divano nel mio salotto. Allego particolare del divano con il cuscinetto rosso di cui mi hanno omaggiato. Negozio consigliatissimo, oltre che per la disponibilità e l'attenzione al cliente, per l'ottima qualità dei divani. Thanks to the advice, availability and patience of Silvia and Gigliola, I was able to find what was right for me. One afternoon, after trying more than one sofa, I chose one on display with two electric relaxation seats and adjustable headrests. As soon as I sat down it turned out to be very comfortable and functional to my needs. I needed it to be delivered quickly and I have to thank Silvia, Gigliola and in particular the owner, Mr. Valerio, for having granted my request. I went to the shop on a Friday afternoon, I chose the sofa, I bought it on Saturday morning and on Saturday afternoon I already had my new sofa in my living room. I enclose a detail of the sofa with the red cushion which they paid homage to me. Highly recommended shop, as well as for the availability and attention to the customer, for the excellent quality of the sofas.
