Personale molto cordiale e ospitale, La qualità dei piatti e dei panini e ottima. Il locale è moderno ed e molto accurato in ogni particolare, lo consiglio assolutamente, sia a pranzo che a cena. I've been to this place a few times already, and I was very satisfied. Very friendly and hospitable staff, The quality of the dishes and sandwiches is excellent. The restaurant is modern and very accurate in every detail, I absolutely recommend it, both for lunch and dinner.

Conto nella norma visto i prezzi che ci sono in giro oggi. Anche perché la qualità del cibo è buona e il personale molto disponibile! Entrambe le volte abbiamo mangiato alla grande devo ammettere. Il problema è sorto alla seconda visita, quando ci siamo presentati e abbiamo appurato che per entrare occorreva del tempo. Noi però avevamo prenotato, così come anche altre persone. Un'ora di attesa che ha poi generato ritardi in continuazione, per tutta la serata. Quindi il mio consiglio è di gestire meglio la cosa, consapevoli anche della dimensione ridotta del locale. Perché solo dopo 30 min di fila ho scoperto che bisogna anche dire il nome per essere chiamati. Infatti piatti e cibi passavano per più mani anche senza le giuste accortenze. Nonostante ciò ho mangiato abbastanza bene, è stato tutto davvero molto buono, forse la tagliata di pollo, un po scadente.. non mi ha convinto la cottura, e per il prezzo mi aspettavo qualcosa in più. Il panino invece buono, l'accostamento delle pietanze mi è piaciuto. Buone anche le patate col bacon e fonduta, le ho gradite. Male sul prezzo, ho pagato meno di coperto fuori Mergellina, qui siamo a Frattamaggiore, 2€ di coperto è eccessivo, come anche 2,50€ per l'acqua, in ultimo è comparsa la voce servizio sullo scontrino, mai vista! 1,70 nn so per cosa... quando già ho pagato 4€ di coperto.. il servizio?.... Ok.. per il resto ho gradito, potrei tornarci, perché i panini sono buoni. Beh che dire, avrei fatto anche più di due ore... Qualità dei prodotti ottima, porzioni giuste e servizio eccellente che ha saputo rimediare prontamente ad un piccolo problema con la fontana di cheddar. A proposito della fontana, siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti da questa esperienza con dei fritti ottimi e la fontana che faceva la sua figura. Veramente Top! Complimenti MYSTICAL EXPERIENCE! ?? Ce stato d'attendere (20 minuti) pochissimo per l'affluenza interna ed esterna al locale Servizio molto veloce, personale gentile e cordiale. Ma passiamo al cibo! Unica parola OTTIMO. Antipasti fritti a dir poco OTTIMI. Come pietanza principale ho preso una tagliata di carne di 300gr, cottura al sangue. Che dire ! Morbida , gustosa ,eccezionale.
