★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proprietaria irrispettosa e scorretta, mi ha letteralmente cacciata dal negozio perché si è rifiutata di farmi lo scontrino per un servizio dal valore di 150 euro (una fidelity card) perché voleva essere pagata solo in contanti. Io ho detto chiaramente di acconsentire a pagare in contanti (facendole già un favore) ma che ovviamente, per legge,dovevano farmi lo scontrino. Ha inveito con me e mi ha cacciata dal negozio. Di norma non fanno mai gli scontrini, io lo dovevo sempre richiedere pagando appositamente con il bancomat.
Un comportamento davvero schifoso nei confronti di una persona e di una cliente che PAGA!!!
Disrespectful and unfair owner, she literally kicked me out of the shop because she refused to give me a receipt for a service worth 150 euros (a fidelity card) because she wanted to be paid only in cash. I made it clear that I agreed to pay in cash (already doing her a favor) but that obviously, by law, they had to give me a receipt. He railed at me and kicked me out of the shop. Normally they never make receipts, I always had to request it by paying specifically with the ATM.
A really lousy behavior towards a person and a customer who PAYS !!!
