Mi ha lasciato le ciglia completamente storte e piegate male sulla punta e, quando le ho segnalato il pessimo risultato ottenuto e le ho chiesto aiuto per poter risolvere, mi ha risposto malissimo e mi ha detto che non c'era nulla che si poteva fare e che non era colpa sua, rivolgendosi anche con parolacce ed in maniera maleducata.
