Have tried the hotline numerous times and the staff are generally rude and unhelpful. Tried to book for a group to visit Piramide, was told to call on a certain day, then to call a week later, then nobody answered the phone and after you've been on hold for 5 minutes listening to terrible music, the call is automatically disconnected and you have to phone back. Presumably group bookings are to be discouraged, but if you want to book tickets for the Colosseum, the website works fine.

AWFUL SERVICE. We bought the ticket online, but no confirmation email. We managed to get the tickets somehow, but all in all we did not receive ANY information regarding the service we paid for, the phone lines were off Sunday, no email assistance either. I talked to the lady in the ticket office at the Colosseum and she told me that its usual. If that is, then not doing anything about it is simply ignorance. DO NOT BOOK VIA THEIR SITE

Pretty wrong service! It is not possible additionally change the delivery method of ticket. First in the website, there was not mentioned explanation for delivery method and we did not know which we can choose. It means it was not clear! After payment we already have had all of email information that if you choose the delivery method ,,the ticket desk" not ,,print@home", you have to wait in queue. The best - of course automatically it offered ,,the ticket desk". When someone buy some tickets through internet, automatically I do not want to wait in queue!

I can't understand all the negative Ratings.. I booked my Ticket to Colosseum online (12€ adult +2€ online booking, 2€ reduced+2€ online booking, which are the prices you pay at the entrance). It was very easy and everthing was explained in Detail. Because i booked an reduced Ticket, i just got an e-mail with my reservation number. So i had to pick up my "real" ticket at the reservation desk (that was clearly explained in the E-Mail!). I wasn't sure where to go, so i asked a Guy from Colosseum staff and he told me the best way to pick up my reserved Ticket is at "Palatin entrance" (Just 3minutes Walk away from Colosseum, i also could have picked Up my Ticket at Colosseum Reservation desk, but i would have to wait there) & at Palatin Hill entrance i didn't have to wait a Minute!! :) So i started at Forum Romanum & Palatin Hill. I was 10minutes befor my reserved time at the entrance of the Colosseum & i didn't have to wait, not even ONE Minute!! :D ist was great, i Just had to wait two or three Minutes at the Security Check (where everyone has to wait) It's a great and official Website to buy Tickets to the Colosseum! I recommend ist to everybody! :) (Just notice: If you buy reserved or free Tickets online, you get an reservation Code per Mail and have to Change the Reservation into real ticketes at the Reservation desks. AND: If you want to visit the arena of Colosseum you always have to Take a Guides Tour, it's Not possible to Go tobthe Arena without a Guide) so have fun at Colosseum and buy your Tickets with time-reservation in advance! :)

Went there on July 23rd and the Colosseum was closed an hour early for an evacuation drill. That's fine, but there was no notice anywhere for it (except for the ticket office at the Colosseum, which I wouldn't have seen because I bought tickets in advance). No email notice or anything. Wasted one day of my 2 day pass. When I asked someone about it, they brushed me aside and said there were notices everywhere (there were not), and online (also not).

I have used this website for purchasing tickets for the Colosseum. I have bought tickets with predetermined time of entrance which suited us. Firstly, I have received only the payment confirmation to my e-mail, not the tickets themselves. Calling their customer service is no good since they don't work on weekends. Secondly, upon arriving to the Colosseum half an hour prior to the time on our tickets, we were told to wait in line to pick them up which took almost all of that half an hour. It turned up payment confirmation was sufficient to pick the tickets up but it was uncomfortable not knowing how things would end up. Thirdly, after picking up the tickets we were shown to a long line of tourists who also had tickets like ours if only with slightly different times. It took us another hour to get in! That means we got into the Colosseum u bit over an hour after we payed to. My advice is not to buy tickets online and to go straight to the line which takes you to buy tickets inside the Coloseum. It will take the same amount of time as if you paid for tickets online if not faster.

We bought two tickets for the Colosseum online because of COVID you are not able to buy them directly from the ticket office. No help at the ticket office. We received the payment infomation via mail but we did not get the oder conformation. I called the Hotline. After a long phone call they told me that there was an error in their erp-system. At least we got our money back. I can not recommend this site…

LADRI They specify in the conditions that is possible to ask for a refund in case of an exceptional situation. Due to the new measures (informed by the Italian government 1 day prior my departure) I'm not allowed to travel, therefore I requested a refund. They don't reply to my emails and it is not possible to commnicate by phone either
