★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ammetto di aver lasciato l’auto in condizioni molto sporche visto che ho un cane ma l’ho ritrovata in condizioni altrettanto pessime. Dopo aver speso 15 €, ritiro l’auto e vado via. Per strada mi rendo conto che il lavaggio non è stato svolto a piena efficienza e dopo una chiamata mi vien risposto che è dovuto a mancanza di tempo ( erano presenti minimo 3 persone, 0 auto in coda e quando son tornato la mia auto era già parcheggiata da un po’, non mi pare si siano sforzati più di tanto) e sono stato invitato a ripassare in settimana. Ci può anche stare ma almeno AVVISARE quando si ritira l’auto mi sembra il minimo, invece di prendere soldi come se niente fosse successo. PESSIMI, MAI PIÙ. Non vi lamentate se poi non c’é lavoro in Campania quando manca la voglia di lavorare
I admit that I left the car in very dirty conditions since I have a dog but I found it in equally bad condition. After spending € 15, I collect the car and leave. On the street I realize that the washing has not been carried out at full efficiency and after a call I am told that it is due to lack of time (there were at least 3 people, 0 cars in the queue and when I returned my car was already parked for a while, I don't think they tried too hard) and I was invited to come back this week. It can also be there but at least NOTICE when you collect the car seems to me the least, instead of taking money as if nothing had happened. BAD, NEVER AGAIN. Do not complain if there is no work in Campania when there is no desire to work
