★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da premettere che fino ad oggi ero cliente fisso. Sono arrivato alle 13.45 per effettuare il lavaggio dell'auto, ad attendere cera un addetto e 4 macchine in coda. Alle 14 aprono ma ad un certo punto arriva un personaggio in divisa che, con assoluta strafottenza e molta calma, prima si aspira la macchina, poi si lucida gli interni e alla fine con assenza assoluta di rispetto verso il prossimo, afferra la lancia e si mette a lavare anche la macchina. A quel punto ho chiamato l'addetto, mi sono fatto ridare le chiavi, gli ho spiegato le motivazioni e me ne sono andato. Risultato finale? Io la macchina la lavo da un'altra parte, voi avete perso un cliente fisso e chiaramente anche la professionalità e la correttezza. Buon divertimento.
