★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È da poco più di un anno che ho scoperto questo vivaio e ne sono rimasto di volta in volta sempre più soddisfatto. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto buono, la gentilezza del personale è il loro fiore all’occhiello, l’assortimento è in continuo aggiornamento ed è molto ordinato. L’amorevole cura dei dettagli si nota fin dall’entrata e ho sempre trovato sorprendente l’attenzione che mettono nel soddisfare il cliente.
Non di meno la bellezza e soprattutto la durata delle loro composizioni floreali. Sia l’anno scorso che quest’anno per esempio un mazzo di mimose si è mantenuto bello acceso per oltre 30 giorni. Inoltre quest’anno ho provato anche la consegna a domicilio ed è stata puntuale e cordiale come da accordi. Anche i mazzi di rose ne creano di stupendi. Suggerisco, in caso di idee chiare sull’acquisto, di preordinare con una telefonata.

The loving attention to detail can be seen right from the entrance and I have always found the attention paid to satisfying the customer surprising.
Not least the beauty and above all the duration of their floral arrangements. For example, both last year and this year, a bouquet of mimosas has remained beautifully lit for over 30 days. In addition, this year I also tried home delivery and it was punctual and friendly as per the agreements. Even bouquets of roses create wonderful ones. I suggest, in case of clear ideas on the purchase, to pre-order with a phone call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Floricoltura Zonato è un luogo che fino a qualche giorno fa adoravo. Purtroppo ho messo una croce sopra da quando sono stata seguita da personale senza mascherina. Alla domanda del motivo per cui non veniva indossata la mascherina mi sono state date una serie di risposte non in linea con le norme anticovid. L'ho trovato irrispettoso in un periodo come questo di pandemia.
Rispondo al titolare: con la vostra dipendente ho conversato in due distinti momenti, , quando ho chiesto delle informazioni e alla cassa quando mi ha fatto il conto. In nessun momento aveva la mascherina,non ha accennato a indossarla, e quando le ho chiesto esplicitamente perché e facendole notare che ai clienti però voi richiedete l'uso della mascherina mi è stato detto che no, non lo pretendete, ma se uno sta bene può entrare senza. Non mi dilungo sul resto della conversazione .Ora ,questa a me sembra una presa di posizione. Inoltre io ho detto che il posto mi piaceva molto, ho criticato la gestione di questo aspetto relativo alle norme covid. Poi, da come parlava sembrava non essere una semplice dipendente. E infine, in un'altra recensione qui sotto segnalano la stessa cosa.Buona giornata
Floriculture Zonato is a place that until a few days ago I loved. Unfortunately I have put a cross on it since I was followed by personnel without a mask. When asked why the mask was not worn, I was given a series of answers that are not in line with the anticovid norms. I found it disrespectful in a pandemic period like this.
I reply to the owner: I had two separate conversations with your employee, when I asked for information and at the cashier when she made me the bill. At no time did she have a mask, she did not mention to wear it, and when I asked her explicitly why and pointing out that the customers, however, you request the use of the mask, I was told that no, you do not expect it, but if one is fine can enter without. I won't go into the rest of the conversation. Now, this seems like a stance to me. I also said that I liked the place a lot, I criticized the management of this aspect of the covid rules. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allora il posto è molto carino e trovo che hanno molta scelta sull' oggettistica punto per quanto riguarda piante fiori in leggermente più caro di altri posti, mi sono detta che non ritornerò mai più anche se ero già stata altre volte per il semplice motivo che mi ero innamorata di un vaso però c'era una pianta all'interno quindi alla mia richiesta di acquistare solo il vaso mi hanno detto di no,cioè vaso nuovo con prezzo e non ne avevano altri.Allora semplicemente potevano togliere molto semplicemente la pianta perché devo pagare pianta e vaso se non mi interessa la pianta? assolutamente comportamento pessimo.In altri posti è successo che mi vendevano il solo vaso

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo state in mattinata, e ci siamo fatte rapire da un mondo di colori e forme, dai fiori freschi ai fiori sintetici , piante in vaso, orchidee, piante succulente, è sempre una esperienza bellissima, le piante hanno un grande potere. I titolari sempre pronti ad aiutare nella scelta e a dare il consiglio giusto per un ottimo aquisto.
