★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo una brutta esperienza con aglio a bassissimo costo che veniva dalla Cina, ora scelgo solo Cerasaro perché lo coltiva lui. Inoltre Fa delle polpe e triti a base di aglio, cipolla e scalogno fatti da lui con i suoi prodotti, che sono favolosi! Provare per credere..
After a bad experience with very low-cost garlic from China, I now choose only Cerasaro because he grows it. He also makes pulp and mince made from garlic, onion and shallots made by him with his products, which are fabulous! Seeing is believing..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato, presso la grande distribuzione, una confezione di aglio prodotto con grande orgoglio da quest'azienda. Origine Italiana, coltivato secondo il disciplinare della Regione Emilia Romagna, garantito da accurate analisi sui residui di fitofarmaci e metalli pesanti, curato in tutte le fasi di produzione, dalla lavorazione al confezionamento, alla commercializzazione; coccolato come l'ultimo erede maschio della casata Merovingia; mancavano solamente i fuochi d'artificio.
Beh, di quattro teste d'aglio ho salvato solamente TRE SPICCHI. Tutto il resto era completamente rinsecchito, svaporato; una nuvola di bucce che si disgregavano appena le estraevo dalla confezione.
Che dire... tutto fumo e niente aglio !-(
P.S. Si vantano di utilizzare energia elettrica proveniente da fotovoltaico (tutta, in parte ? boh !) ma la confezione che ho acquistato non è riciclabile, essendo composta di carta plastificata non separabile. Complimenti !

Italian origin, cultivated according to the regulations of the Emilia Romagna Region, guaranteed by accurate analyzes on pesticide residues and heavy metals, cared for at all stages of production, from processing to packaging, to marketing; pampered like the last male heir of the Merovingian family; only the fireworks were missing.
Well, I saved only THREE SPICCHI with four garlic heads. All the rest was completely withered, vanished; a cloud of skins that disintegrated as soon as I removed them from the package.
What can I say ... all smoke and no garlic! - (
P.S. They boast of using electricity from photovoltaic (all, in part? Boh!) But the packaging that I purchased is not recyclable, being composed of plastic paper that cannot be separated. Congratulations !
