★ ★ ★ ★ ★ :) :) :) Oggi ho cucinato le lumache acquistate nel periodo natalizio durante la Vs esposizione allo stand a Ferrara. WOW sono veramente un prodotto di qualità, perchè: all'apertura del vasetto non è uscito nessun "odore"di liquido o altro a carattere conservante; ho sciacquato le lumache in un colino e subito hanno preso la loro forma caratteristica - nb mi sono sembrate tutte di una bella pezzatura; le ho messe in padella antiaderente con un pò di olio, pomodoro, aglio, sale qb ed in 20' circa erano pronte! Della giusta consistenza, non gommose, appetitose al punto giusto, una bellissima scoperta.
:) :) :) Today I cooked the snails bought at Christmas time during your exhibition at the Ferrara stand. WOW are really a quality product, because: when the jar was opened, no "odor" of liquid or other preservative came out; I rinsed the snails in a colander and immediately took their characteristic shape - nb they all seemed to have a nice size; I put them in a non-stick pan with some oil, tomato, garlic, salt to taste and in about 20 minutes they were ready! Of the right consistency, not chewy, appetizing at the right point, a beautiful discovery.
