Cioè tu vai con le bottiglie , qualsiasi tipo anche quelle da acqua in plastica, scegli il vino e loro te le riempiono con cui che ti hai scelto. Particolare non trascurabile... Se anche esageri nel bere non ti viene in classico cerchio alla testa dato dai vini da poco prezzo e scadenti che puoi trovare nei supermercati.
Oltre ciò puoi trovare, già imbustate sottovuoto, delle " punte" di grana di svariata provenienza dei caseifici, che fanno anche la stagionatura, più rinomati del reggiano e della nostra collina. P.s. hanno fatto tipi di stagionatura, si arriva anche ai 40 mesi...
