Alle 16 li chiamiamo perché la macchina si è guastata allo svincolo di Segesta e ci è stato detto che in un'ora circa saremmo stati soccorsi. In macchina siamo due adulti e un bambino e inizia una vera odissea. Abbiamo dovuto attendere 3 ORE prima che arrivassero a rimorchiarci. Lo svincolo di Segesta è un posto buio senza nemmeno un minimo di illuminazione e mio figlio piangeva per la paura. Durante le 3 ore abbiamo chiamato un'infinità di volte l'autista che non faceva altro che dirci che era a pochi km da noi ma in realtà non arrivava. Durante l'ultima chiamata addirittura ci dice di non aver visto lo svincolo e di averlo superato......inqualificabile! Per quanto riguarda il prezzo...in linea con gli altri. A mai più rivederci! During the last call he even tells us that he has not seen the junction and that he has passed it ... unqualifiable! As for the price ... in line with others. See you never again!
