Compilo l'indirizzo di riconsegna e mi tranquillizzo. La mattina dopo dalle 8 alle 12 non ho più avuto notizie, così ho deciso di chiamare io. Di colpo il costo della restituzione è passato da 0 a 200 euro, perché non coperto dalla mia tessera aci, al contrario di quanto loro mi avevano detto. È stata una tattica vile e meschina. Il mezzo l'ho assolutamente riportato da me. Pessimi. Personale gentile, ma incredibilmente superficiale e non competente.
