★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nella mia esperienza si rifiutano, inventando ogni volta scuse nuove, di mostrare estratti conto del condominio e le relative fatture.
Non rispondono alle pec, dicono di richiamare e non lo fanno mai, avendo insistito per visionare i conti condominiali hanno deciso di abbandonare l'amministrazione pensando che rinunciassi a visionare i documenti forse, quindi ancora una volta senza esibire alcun documento che giustifichi le spese che dicono di aver sostenuto.
Sostengono che a distanza di anni dalla prima richiesta di contatto da parte mia, solo ora si rendono conto di non avere tempo per seguire il mio condominio.... solo ora! Dopo 2 anni di preventivi consuntivi approvati senza assemblea alcuna.
Non hanno un comportamento trasparente e tutto lascia pensare solo a male.
Spero che nessuno si trovi nella stessa situazione vergognosa.
Il nostro condominio è in uno stato di letterale abbandono nonostante ci siano dei costi ben precisi.
Non giudico mai le persone ma i fatti parlano da soli alle volte.
Tanto basta
In my experience they refuse, inventing new excuses each time, to show statements of the condominium and related invoices.
They do not respond to the pec, they say to call back and never do, having insisted on viewing the condominium accounts, they decided to leave the administration thinking that I would give up viewing the documents perhaps, so once again without showing any document that justifies the expenses that they say they supported.
They claim that years after my first request for contact, only now do they realize that they do not have time to follow my condominium .... only now! After 2 years of final estimates approved without any assembly.
They do not have a transparent behavior and everything suggests only evil.
I hope no one is in the same shameful situation.
Our condominium is in a state of literal abandonment despite the fact that there are very specific costs.
I never judge people but the facts speak for themselves sometimes.
