Ci vado ogni anno per acquistarle e mi durano fino all'anno successivo. Molto buone e, in mezzo ad una trentina di kili gli scarti sono proprio esigui (una decina di noci). Buone e ad un buon prezzo. Ho apprezzato la qualità della conduzione e della serietà, che non è facile trovare in altrettante realtà. La professionalità presente poi, che inevitabilmente porta a prodotti di ottima qualità: le noci tipo Lara in particolar modo uniche nel suo genere e la produzione poi delle carni derivanti da una delle migliori qualità francesi di carne bovina Charolaise provenienti dalla Borgogna, che riescono a soddisfare tutti i palati. Non dimentichiamo poi la presenza della costruzione del biogas, idea ecologica questa per ottenere energia rinnovabile recuperando al meglio sottoprodotti come le deiezioni dei bovini. Ho respirato aria pulita, di altri tempi e quindi il mio invito per tutti Voi a prendere in considerazione l'opportunità di conoscere ed apprezzare un mondo nuovo, che in quel di Monsole comune di Cona nella provincia di San Marco potrete trovare.
