Dopo avermi assicurato la possibilità di rinviare un massaggio a causa di infortunio, quando ho provato a riprenotare si sono inventati mille scuse ed alla fine mi hanno lasciato in asso. Sono stata truffata e beffata dall’arroganza del personale e della titolare, una scortesia insensata è mai vista per una persona che è un nuovo cliente. Mi sono sentita osservata dall’alto verso il basso e assolutamente a DISAGIO. MI è stato chiesto di accomodarmi in bagno se ne avessi avuto il bisogno, e le sentivo spruzzare profumo a gogo, un’odore di fogna insopportabile e l’intero locale era sudicio! La massaggiatrice poi ha cominciato ad insistere e chiedermi perché fossi così nervosa ma ero soltanto sconcertata. Dopo ben 45 minuti di attesa a locale vuoto e un’odore nauseabondo. Poi a fine trattamento ben 80€ per una semplice manicure e pulizia viso ho chiesto come mai tutto quel tempo di attesa non essendoci nessuno... Mi hanno risposto: “se non le sta bene quella è la porta”. Mai più! Non lo consiglierei nemmeno al mio peggior nemico. The rudeness and filth made shop! The worst center of my life! I was cheated and mocked by the arrogance of the staff and the owner, a senseless rudeness is never seen for a person who is a new customer. I felt observed from top to bottom and absolutely UNCOMFORT. I was asked to sit in the bathroom if I needed it, and I could smell her perfume splashing, an unbearable smell of sewage and the whole room was dirty! The masseuse then started to insist and ask me why I was so nervous but I was just bewildered. After 45 minutes of waiting in an empty room and a nauseating smell. Then at the end of the treatment 80 € for a simple manicure and facial cleaning I asked why all that waiting time since there is no one ... They replied: “if it doesn't suit you, that's the door”. Never again! I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy.

Il centro è ben attrezzato e Patrizia, oltre che essere estremamente professionale e preparata è un ospite gentilissima e cordiale. Anche il caffè era buono! The premises are very nice and pleasant. Sicuramente bisognerebbe sentire le due campane, anche perché alcuni clienti si credono di poter essere scortesi e prepotenti = IO PAGO, IO HO RAGIONE, TU FAI COME DICO IO. Un po'di umiltà non guasterebbe!!! Quella che io ho trovato in questa titolare che oltre ad essere garbatissima è super professionale! I would like to understand why in some reviews the courtesy of the owner is criticized since she is an exquisite person and an impeccable professional! Surely you should hear the two bells, also because some customers think they can be rude and bossy = I PAY, I AM REASON, YOU DO AS I SAY. A little humility wouldn't hurt !!! The one I found in this owner who, besides being very polite, is super professional!

La titolare è professionale, competente, molto attenta al benessere delle clienti, di grande gentilezza e disposta ad accogliere con garbo le richieste, senza tralasciare approfondite consulenze. Sono davvero soddisfatta! Consiglio vivamente di prenotare un massaggio viso/corpo e tanti altri servizi offerti dal centro. I have been attending the Soave center for many years ... The owner is professional, competent, very attentive to the well-being of the customers, of great kindness and willing to gracefully accept requests, without neglecting in-depth advice. I am really satisfied! I highly recommend booking a face / body massage and many other services offered by the center.
