Ogni giorno mi arriva l' e mail che il pacco è in consegna ma non arriva nulla. PESSIMI. Se andavo a prendermelo a piedi da solo facevo prima. Un pacco che doveva essere consegnato due giorni fa (dato "in consegna" alle ore 8:33 direttamente dal loro sito di tracking) non è mai arrivato, poi alle 00:15 del giorno dopo aggiungono lo status di "mancata consegna" riferito alle 18:30 del giorno di consegna prestabilito quando in realtà nessuno ha mai provato a consegnarlo (sono stato a casa la giornata intera per riceverlo) e per di più indicando una posizione GPS di mancata consegna completamente errata, almeno a 2 km da casa mia. Contattata l'assistenza, non ho più avuto modo di riprogrammare la consegna visto che il codice apposito mi è stato inoltrato errato (da loro stessi) e la filiale di Verona non risponde alle mail sia dei clienti che della società madre. Assolutamente pessima come esperienza, non per il ritardo nella consegna che è normalissimo, ma per la mancata sincerità nelle comunicazioni già carenti di suo. Unreliable courier. Da diverso tempo spedisco in tutta italia con diversi corrieri ma il penoso grave ritardo è la firma di questi incapaci. Se non si danno una regolata immediatamente posso solo consigliare loro la chiusura definitiva dell'azienda....magari farsi acquisire da qualcun'altro che sappia lavorare...? E mi fermo qui perché mi vengono in mente solo insulti nei loro confronti.
