★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo a ordine arrivato mi sono accorta che gli scatoloni ( fatti su misura) erano difettosi( in ogni lato si aprivano, sembravano rovinati e usati quando erano appena aperti). Dopo le ferie dell’azienda ho contattato prima via mail, poi telefonicamente il commerciale che mi aveva seguito durante l’ordine.
Si è preso tempo per valutare come fare.
Non mi ha mai richiamato.
Quando l’ho ricontattato ha detto che non c’era nessun problema , che le scatole erano perfette e che non avrebbe fatto un bel niente nonostante le foto fossero prova tangibile di quello che avevo detto.
Azienda sconsigliata!!!!!!
 Unfortunately, once the order arrived, I realized that the boxes (made to measure) were defective (on each side they opened, they seemed ruined and used when they were just opened). After the company holidays, I first contacted the salesperson who followed me during the order by e-mail, then by telephone.
He took time to consider how to do it.
He never called me back.
When I got back to him he said that there was no problem, that the boxes were perfect and that he would not do anything even though the photos were tangible proof of what I had said.
Company not recommended !!!!!!
