Responsabile che segue la pratica irreperibile, risposte evasive per non pagare quanto spetta: una sorta di sistema truffa.
Vergognosi.
Neppure la loro carta intestata che usano per rispondere mediante raccomandata con spiegazioni evasive per non risarcire quanto dovuto indica un contatto telefonico esistente!!!
In risposta a quanto da voi comunicato, per correttezza aggiungo che oggi sono stato ricontattato dalla vostra agenzia.
In seguito ai miei primi contatti, con i quali non sono riuscito a parlare con la persona responsabile della mia pratica (prima della fine di marzo), preciso che ho ricevuto da parte vostra un solo tentativo di ricontatto la successiva settimana: per l'esattezza pochi brevi squilli che non mi hanno dato la possibilità di rispondere per tempo.
Dopo i miei vani tentativi di ricontatto nelle scorse settimane ad orari diversi, il ricontatto da parte vostra è avvenuto a distanza di più di 2 settimane.
Pochissimi giorni dopo la cattiva recensione, cosa che lascia comunque il pensiero che si poteva fare meglio.
Consiglio infine di aggiornare la carta intestata utilizzata per le comunicazioni, la quale presenta un numero obsoleto.
Ritengo comunque corretto rettificare la mia recensione in seguito alle spiegazioni ricevute dopo il nostro ultimo contatto odierno e ringraziarvi per le spiegazioni fornite

Shameful.
Not even their letterhead which they use to reply by registered letter with evasive explanations for not reimbursing what is due indicates an existing telephone contact !!!
In response to what you have communicated, for the sake of accuracy I add that today I was contacted by your agency.
Following my first contacts, with which I was unable to speak with the person responsible for my practice (before the end of March), I specify that I received only one attempt to contact you the following week: to be exact. a few short rings that did not give me the opportunity to answer in time.
After my vain attempts to recontact in recent weeks at different times, the recontact on your part took place after more than 2 weeks.
A few days after the bad review, which still leaves the thought that it could have been done better.
Finally, I recommend updating the letterhead used for communications, which has an obsolete number.
However, I believe it is correct to correct my review following the explanations received after our last contact today and to thank you for the explanations provided.
