Never again buy something branded biasi to change a thermostat appearance for a month and on Amazon they deliver it in a day! So x make a coupon and so on ...

A questi aggiungiamo € 280,00 di idraulico perché il vostro tecnico sosteneva che non era un problema alla caldaia ma all'impianto. Grazie mille e OTTIMO LAVORO. P.s. Ovviamente ho cambiato centro assistenza e marca della caldaia. After having spent € 225.00 for repair and boiler control having been reassured by the technician that everything was in order, I find myself after 2 months to spend € 2,000.00 for a new boiler. To these we add € 280.00 of plumber because your technician claimed that it was not a problem with the boiler but with the system. Thank you very much and EXCELLENT WORK. P.Š. Obviously I changed the service center and brand of the boiler.
R	Roberta t02 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centralinista maleducata e arrogante.Avevo preso appuntamento,e il tecnico non si è presentato (per andare a fare un altro intervento,quando per quell'ora doveva essere qui) ;Quando ho chiamato per chiedere informazioni mi è stato detto che sicuramente il tecnico non aveva avuto il tempo di prendere il telefono e avvertire,successivamente sono stata attaccata verbalmente dalla centralinista che mi ha dato della maleducata senza motivo,quando loro stessi erano in torto. Ancora circolano in giro persone cosi'...Suggerrirei ai signori Bruno e Dario Donini di avvalersi di persona piu' adeguata a svolgere un lavoro di segreteria. La signora e' anche molto arrogante di suo. Hanno gia' una brutta recensione molto negativa, sommarne altre per responsabilita' non proprie e' poco producente. They have a rude and little civilized telephone operator. When you cancel the appointment for any reason, he closes the phone in your face. I'm thrilled. People are still circulating around so ... I would suggest to Messrs. Bruno and Dario Donini to use a more suitable person to do secretarial work. The lady is also very arrogant of hers. Ho aspettato più di un mese per un loro intervento ad una caldaia guasta presso la mia seconda abitazione, senza mai ricevere assistenza o una data di pianificazione dell'intervento. Oltretutto la signora mi ha chiuso il telefono in faccia! Questo per far capire la serietà e l'educazione verso un cliente che gli avrebbe dato lavoro. Irritating lady and not at all polite! I waited more than a month for their intervention on a faulty boiler at my second home, without ever receiving assistance or an intervention planning date. La signora, nonché a suo dire titolare dell’azienda, scortese, indisponente, poco professionale. Sono 10 giorni che pago loro interventi che non risolvono il problema (e sono senza acqua calda il 1 dicembre con una bambina di soli 3 mesi). Per sfinimento ho chiesto l’installazione di una nuova caldaia che mi è stata negata, con urla isteriche della “signora”. Che dire… mi auguro per loro che le loro caldaie funzionino sempre, altrimenti la clientela si ridurrà irrimediabilmente allo zero. I see from the only real review that my sad experience is common to others. The lady, as well as the owner of the company, according to him, is rude, irritating, unprofessional. I have been paying for 10 days for interventions that do not solve the problem (and I am without hot water on December 1st with a 3 month old baby girl). Out of exhaustion, I asked for the installation of a new boiler which I was denied, with hysterical screams from the "lady". What can I say ... I hope for them that their boilers always work, otherwise the customers will be irretrievably reduced to zero.
