La cosa triste è stata la scarsa professionalità della receptionist che ha insinuato che non avessimo fissato alcun appuntamento e che il sistema non poteva sbagliare. Certe volte basta solo scusarsi ed ammettere l'errore invece di arrampicarsi sugli specchi con arroganza, tutti possiamo sbagliare.
